In this article, I will show you what options there are to view evaluations and statistics in our course booking system. We basically distinguish between the following two topics. Click on a point to jump directly to this paragraph:

Daily statistics

Daily stats include all data from courses in one day. You can see the individual registrations for each course and you can jump to different dates in the future and in the past.

You can access the daily statistics by clicking on the days of the week in your timetable (or course schedule or timetable). Here you can see each course and the associated registrations as an administrator or employee. Below each course and at the bottom of the page is the cumulative number of bookings.

Statistics in the Backend

In the backend you can evaluate your bookings on a weekly basis. You can find the statistics in the backend under

Settings > Course Booking System > Statistics

The following statistics are currently available, among others:

  • Number of booked training sessions
  • Number of subscriptions (optional, only if subscriptions exists)
  • Number of courses per trainer
  • Staff orders

At the top in the “Start of period” field you can set the start date. From this date you will see the statistics for a week (7 days)

Statistics Shortcode

There is a shortcode that allows you to view the same stats as in the backend. There are several overall statistics on a weekly basis, these include:

  • Number of booked training sessions
  • Number of subscriptions (optional, only if subscriptions exists)
  • Number of courses per trainer
  • Staff orders

You can display the statistics on any page using a shortcode. The shortcode for this is:

[statistics]

We recommend that you create a page called “Statistics” or “Evaluation” and set it to “Private” (or at least with a password protect).

At the top in the “Start of period” field you can set the start date. From this date you will see the statistics for a week (7 days)

Are you missing a statistic?

Are you missing a statistic? If so, then let us know in the comments below. If necessary, we can add useful functions to our statistics at any time. We look forward to hearing from you.
